David C. Lechner
Dave is the firm’s counsel and is a first chair trial and appellate attorney. He has successfully concluded by verdict, summary judgment, or resolution hundreds of highly complex contested matters. For over 40 years, the emphasis of his practice has been representing clients in construction, commercial, contract, personal injury, property damage and insurance coverage cases. His practice includes cases in numerous federal and state trial and appellate courts and independent arbitration tribunals. A significant part of Dave’s practice is the representation of professional engineers and the direction of on-site investigations of major construction defect, explosion, fire and product failure incidents.
Dave takes a cohesive approach to problem resolution. He identifies the client’s needs and works closely with client personnel and outside technical experts to fulfill client expectations. Dave shares his knowledge and expertise in seminars, educational programs and publications.
